Job summary

The AutoClubGroup (ACG) in Troy, MI seeks a Paralegal II to provide mid-level legal support under attorney guidance. The role blends remote work with in-office training, and thereafter a hybrid schedule with onsite visits roughly every 6 weeks.

You will conduct legal research, draft documents, assist with discovery, manage litigation support vendors, and coordinate subpoenas and regulatory filings. Strong analytical and case management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have paralegal degree or ABA certification or five years of paralegal experience
• Ability to obtain ABA approved paralegal certification within designated timeline

Responsibilities

• Conducts legal research and drafts legal documents
• Supports discovery: e-discovery, document management, and litigation holds
• Coordinates subpoenas, demand letters, and discovery demands with counsel
• Manages litigation support vendors and outside counsel calendars
• Prepares monthly/quarterly status reports and case files
• Supports regulatory compliance filings and internal investigations
