Job summary
Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner helping clients modernize data ecosystems, build real-time analytics, and scale AI. This role focuses on Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions, working with Voice AI, BigQuery, Looker, Vertex AI, and Gemini models to deliver end-to-end services for global clients.
You will collaborate directly with clients, support senior architects, and guide delivery teams through design and implementation of modern GECX solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technology transformation with conversational AI or CCaaS.
- 5+ years in contact center technologies and AI agent building.
- Experience aligning technology with benchmarks, quality metrics and agent scorecards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end GECX solutions in client environments.
- Architect and assess integration between GECX offerings and client environments.
- Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation and observability.
- Plan delivery using Agile methods and manage on-site and off-shhore teams.
- Gather high-level business requirements and translate them into epics and stories.
