Job summary
Accenture in the United States seeks a hands-on Senior Engineer with strong experience in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, focusing on Conversational AI/CCaaS.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent development.
- Minimum of 5 years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and quality metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global service technology solutions.
- Architect and provide recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
- Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tooling, evaluation, and observability.
- Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client architectures.
- Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
- Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams.
- Gather requirements and translate to epics and user stories.
