Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an International Sales Recruiter to own high-priority searches across EMEA and other global markets. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define strategy, map regional markets, source passive candidates, and drive high-quality hires with speed and precision.

You will operate in a fully remote, async-first team and collaborate with global stakeholders to build exceptional teams that support TRM's mission to disrupt illicit finance worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting international sales hiring in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets and adapting strategy by region.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing and other functions.
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and close approach.
• Build regional talent maps across priority markets that include high-performing companies, candidate communities, and referral networks.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience reflecting TRM's talent bar, mission, and operating principles.
• Use data, market insight, and funnel metrics to diagnose search health and adjust strategy in real time.
• Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to navigate international hiring considerations.
