Senior Fund Controller – Asset Management & NAV Reporting

Job summary

Atlas Search, a leading global asset manager, seeks a hands-on Controller for its Insurance-Linked Strategies business in New York. You will own monthly performance estimates, NAV close, allocations, waterfalls and fund returns, while also overseeing investor reporting and cash management forecasting.

You will partner with audit and tax teams, support SEC compliance, and handle ad-hoc requests from senior management and investor relations. A CPA is a plus and Excel mastery is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience with fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Accounting/Finance degree required; CPA is a plus.
• Experience with credit-related products and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to design and implement new policies and procedures and work across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly performance estimates, close packages/NAV, allocations and fund returns.
• Manage investor reporting (monthly statements, audits, due diligence) and cash forecasting.
• Monitor facilities, data reconciliation, and portfolio compliance testing across large portfolios.
• Assist with management and performance fee calculations and respond to investor queries.
