Job summary

Atlantic Group in Connecticut is seeking a seasoned Fund Accountant to prepare and review financial statements for fund entities and management company in accordance with US GAAP. You will support NAV calculations and partner capital allocations, assist with investor reports, and help coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.

Ideal candidates will have 10–12+ years in fund accounting, strong technical skills, and experience working with LPs.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of fund accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements for fund entities and management company in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support quarterly NAV calculations and partner capital account allocations.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly investor reports, capital statements, and ad hoc LP requests.
• Support the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with external auditors.
