IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager to join its fund administration team in Los Angeles. You will work with leading private equity clients, overseeing fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under guidance from senior staff.

You will review complex fund calculations, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements, delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Has over five years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, giving a solid foundation for work.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations and deadlines are met.
• Apply knowledge of limited partnership agreements to fund operations and investor communications.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics (e.g., IRR).
• Oversee audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while driving process improvements.
• Train junior team members and prioritize tasks to support team development and efficiency.
