Job summary

IQ-EQ is recruiting a senior manager for its fund administration team. You will work directly with leading private equity clients, overseeing fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team.

You will lead client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance providing a solid foundation for the work.
• Consistently deliver exceptional client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Apply expertise to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving processes.
• Prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support growth.
