Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior manager to lead the fund administration team, working directly with leading private equity clients on fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications. You will oversee deliverables, review complex fund calculations, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across engagements.

You will apply your five+ years of experience in private equity or alternative asset firms, with strong accounting and finance skills, to deliver

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while improving operational processes.
