Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a senior manager for its fund administration team, working with top private equity clients on fund operations, reporting, and investor communications. You will oversee deliverables, review complex calculations, audits, and train junior staff, with a West Coast-based, fully remote option.

You will apply expertise in fund administration, accounting, and finance to drive process improvements across engagements and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity or public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Ability to deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships.
• Experience supporting complex fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews.
• Train junior staff and drive process improvements.
