Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager to join our fund administration team in Dallas. You will oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations, manage audits, and mentor junior staff while driving improvements across engagements.

You will work directly with leading private equity clients on financial reporting, capital calls, distributions, and investor communications, leveraging your strong accounting and fund administration background to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in private equity or public accounting
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance and fund administration
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Track record of delivering exceptional client service and building trust
• Ability to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds and ensure timelines are met
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics like IRR
• Oversee audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while improving processes
• Train junior staff and drive efficiency across engagements
