Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager for our Fund Administration team. You will work with leading private equity clients, overseeing fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under experienced guidance. You’ll review complex fund calculations, manage audits, and drive process improvements across engagements.

You’ll lead client relationships, apply partnership agreement knowledge to operations, and train junior staff to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Consistently delivers exceptional client service and builds trust.
• Applies expertise to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.
• Prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.
