Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in an ALM tool
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management
• Perform analysis of user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements
• Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to develop business process models and specifications
• Use ALM tool (JIRA) for Requirements Management, Testing, and Defect Management
• Perform collection, tracking, and monitoring of system and business requirements
• Validate requirements and oversee traceability among requirements, test cases, and risks
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on technical solutions
• Develop and maintain project/product backlog(s) and manage change control
• Write and deliver project documents to the client
• Identify and manage risks and issues impacting progress and outcome
• Lead backlog refinement sessions
• Support VA-related domain knowledge and VIP where applicable
• Follow Agile methodology (Scrum) and deliver requirements/specifications for Sprint teams
• Remove impediments to achieve sprint goals
• Provide qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders
• Support change control processes for project scope
