Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a strong background in software development and SAFe/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to customers and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting independent research to support resolution of complex questions.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, including integrating information from multiple sources.
• Expertise with JIRA tools.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them in the ALM system.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team and decompose stories into backlog items.
• Develop business process models and formal specifications from user needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements across systems.
• Perform traceability among requirements, test cases, and risks.
