Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Document requirements in an ALM tool (JIRA) and manage them across project lifecycles.
Perform Agile requirement management and analyze user needs to define functional and technical requirements.
Facilitate user interviews, document business processes, and develop formal specifications.
Coordinate with customers, IT, and leadership to document cross-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Manage backlog items, stories, and traceability across requirements, test cases, and risks.
Provide status updates and contribute to risk and issue management.
