Qualifications

Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile.
Excellent oral and written communication; able to explain technical topics to varied audiences.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel.
Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool.
Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team.
Perform analysis of user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
Gather/document requirements across stakeholders and contractors.
Elaborate user stories and backlog items with acceptance criteria.
Use ALM tools (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management.
Track system and business requirements and ensure traceability.
Validate requirements and integration; conduct backlog refinement.
Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to solutions.
Manage project requirements across multiple initiatives.
Deliver project documents to clients; identify and manage risks.
Maintain and prioritize product/backlog; manage change control.
