Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog items.
• Ensure traceability among requirements, tests, and risks; support SAFe metrics.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on solutions; write project documents.
