Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related role.
• Strong background in software development and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills.
• Advanced experience with JIRA and MS Office including Excel.
• Experience with ALM tools and requirements management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to document requirements in ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for Sprint teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and risks.
• Provide project documents to the client and monitor execution status across SAFe programs.
