Job summary

You will elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive backlog refinement using JIRA and ALM tools. A Master's in Engineering is required, with 10+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience required (an additional 10 years may be substituted for education).
• Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for complex topics.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them throughout the lifecycle.
• Perform Agile requirements management and backlog refinement sessions.
• Develop and maintain formal specifications and business process models.
• Coordinate with customers, IT, and leadership to elicit and validate requirements.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client and manage change control.
