Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage requirements in the ALM system.
• Perform Agile requirement management and backlog refinement for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, IT, and leadership to gather and document requirements.
• Manage scope and perform change control; create Change Requests as needed.
• Support development team to understand details of requirements and ensure sprint goals are met.
