Miratech Group is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering Workforce Management, CX, and operational processes. You will use Java with Spring Boot for backend services, React with TypeScript for frontend, and Node.js where appropriate, delivering features from design through deployment and production support.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience with ownership of production apps.
• Strong hands-on Java and Spring technologies, REST services, security, and automated testing.
• Solid frontend with React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, build tooling, or supporting components.
• Proven experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing efficient data models in PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.

• Build modern web apps using React/TypeScript with reusable components and accessible UI.
• Develop and consume REST APIs; maintain OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and robust error handling.

• Troubleshoot functional and production issues and improve application performance, resilience, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineers through design sessions, code reviews, planning, and continuous improvement.
