Qualifications

7+ years of large‑scale software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, and related technologies.
5+ years designing scalable microservices and web services.
5+ years of Agile development experience.
3+ years Python production‑grade development incl API work and AI/ML integration.
3+ years with distributed messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS).
2+ years in a technical lead role and 2+ years of event‑driven architectures.

Responsibilities

Own architecture and critical‑path development across the stack.
Mentor engineers and guide technical direction.
Translate business goals into a technical roadmap with product and business stakeholders.
Design, build, and review code with a hands‑on approach.
Ensure code quality, security, and operational reliability.
