Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development using Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, JPA, and related technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing highly scalable microservices, web services, and REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile development environments.
• 3+ years Python production-grade development with API work and AI/ML framework integration.
• 2+ years leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• 2+ years deploying and operating services on cloud platforms (GCP preferred, incl. GKE/Cloud Run).
• 2+ years with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo).

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical-path development; design, build, review code.
• Partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate goals into a technical roadmap.
• Mentor engineers and lead complex technical initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, security, and operational reliability.
• Collaborate on cloud deployments and scalable data/workflow pipelines.
