Qualifications

• 7+ years in large-scale software development across web/mobile/cloud stacks.
• 5+ years designing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• 5+ years Agile development experience.
• 3+ years Python API development and AI/ML framework integrations.
• 2+ years leading teams or technical initiatives.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical-path development for the engineering team.
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction across projects.
• Translate business goals into a technical roadmap and execution plan.
• Partner with product, architecture, and stakeholders to ensure quality, security and reliability.
