Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to act as the hands-on technical anchor for the engineering team, owning architecture and critical-path development while setting technical direction and mentoring engineers.

You will design, build, and review code, partnering with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business goals into a technical roadmap and execution plan, maintaining high standards of security and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development including web services and cloud-native apps.
• 5+ years designing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• 3+ years in Python API development and AI/ML integration.
• 2+ years leading teams and driving complex technical initiatives.
• 2+ years of event-driven architectures and distributed messaging.
• 2+ years building Python data pipelines and AI workflows.
• 2+ years deploying services on cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 2+ years working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo).
• 2+ years with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead initiatives.
