Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the Acquisition & Onboarding team within the Consumer org. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and shape the first customer experience across mobile, web, and backend systems.

You will own architecture decisions, drive performance and reliability, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics to deliver impact on conversion and growth. Remote-friendly with strong pay.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading significant mobile initiatives (React Native or native).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with React or Vue for web apps.
• Backend skills with Python/Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for your team and lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics in the development lifecycle.
