Affirm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Acquisition & Onboarding team. This remote role drives architectural decisions across mobile, web, and backend systems to improve the first user experience and conversion.

You will mentor engineers, define long‑term technical strategy, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics to deliver high‑quality software at scale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for your team and guide delivery through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to align on constraints and trade‑offs.
• Ensure monitoring, playbooks, testing, and on‑call readiness for reliability.
