Affirm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Acquisition & Onboarding team. You will define long-term technical strategy, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions across mobile, web, and backend systems.

This role shapes the first experience customers have with Affirm, focusing on trust, clarity, and value from the very first interaction. You will own quarterly goals, collaborate with product and design, and contribute to code quality, tooling, and scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading mobile initiatives and cross-functional launches.
• Proficient in React Native, Swift/Kotlin for mobile and React/Vue for web.
• Backend experience with Python, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to define technical strategy and deliver scalable architectures.
