Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to act as the hands-on technical anchor for the engineering team. You will own architecture, review code, and set the technical direction while mentoring engineers across the team.

You will partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate goals into a technical roadmap with emphasis on code quality, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of large-scale software development across Java/Spring, React, APIs.
• 5+ years designing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• 5+ years Agile development experience.
• 3+ years Python API development (FastAPI/Flask) with AI/ML integration.
• 2+ years leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• 2+ years of cloud deployment on GCP and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical‑path development for the team.
• Mentor engineers and set technical direction across projects.
• Translate business goals into a technical roadmap and execution plan.
