Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development across Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, and related technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing scalable microservices and web services.
• 3+ years of Python production-grade app development and AI/ML integration.
• 2+ years in a technical lead role and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and critical-path development, setting technical direction.
• Mentor engineers across the team and partner with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
