Job summary

Linkby is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to own features end-to-end, from database to UI, in an AI-native team. You’ll ship high-quality web apps, mentor teammates, and influence architecture as the marketplace scales over 12–24 months.

You’ll work with Cursor/Claude Code, design APIs, and deploy cloud-native apps on AWS, ensuring security, performance, and reliability in a remote-first environment with North American hubs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable and resilient web applications.
• Ship features end-to-end with product managers and designers, design APIs, optimize queries, polish UI.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Contribute to and influence architecture decisions that will shape scaling of the marketplace.
• Build AI-powered platform capabilities - semantic matching, in-app agents, campaign performance prediction.
• Keep the platform fast, reliable, and secure under load; address bottlenecks and production issues.
• Implement security best practices (OWASP) and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, agentic workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and pairing.
