Kustomer is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a pod and ship end-to-end features using Node.js, React, Golang, and AWS. You will develop APIs, build accessible interfaces, and design AI-powered capabilities to improve the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of software development, strong cloud and API skills, and a proactive ownership mindset. The role supports a hybrid work model with opportunities across US and UK teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive software development experience with a CS/SE degree.
Experience across frontend and backend; able to follow work across layers.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data structures, and APIs.
Demonstrated ability to contribute quickly in ambiguous spaces and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

Ship full-stack features end-to-end in a pod using Node.js, React, Golang, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, AWS.
Develop APIs and integrate with external services and databases with data integrity.
Build accessible, responsive front-end interfaces and optimize performance.
Design AI-powered features to improve UX and platform efficiency.
