Job summary

Worky is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote team. You will own features end to end across the stack—front-end, APIs, and databases—building scalable systems in Node.js and TypeScript.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of production software.
Genuinely full stack with browser, API, database, and integrations experience.
Production-scale Node.js and TypeScript APIs and services.
Deep relational database ability including SQL design and optimization.
AI-assisted development as a daily workflow with good engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

Own features end to end: from idea to production across frontend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Build scalable backend systems in Node.js and TypeScript with solid data modeling.
Work AI-first using coding agents to speed development and ensure quality.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Support, and other engineers to deliver value.
Improve software delivery by refining AI-enabled workflows and practices.
