Job summary

Mission.dev is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its remote-first platform for hiring and managing software talent. You will design and maintain features for a high-traffic professional marketplace, owning end-to-end delivery from architecture to deployment.

You will collaborate with product and design teams, mentor junior engineers, and push for scalable, AI-assisted workflows while improving observability and CI/CD processes across services.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks, specifically React Native.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions to complex business problems by collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Develop and maintain features across the full stack using React Native and backend services.
• Architect scalable and high-performance systems during technical design discussions.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and mentorship of early-career engineers.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle using unit and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and improve system observability to ensure platform reliability.
• Optimize CI/CD workflows and deployment processes in partnership with infrastructure teams.
