Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a highly experienced Fullstack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of an AI-enabled, enterprise-grade platform. You will own end-to-end development across frontend and backend, architect scalable solutions, and drive Claude AI-driven productivity improvements.

You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define architecture, implement robust workflows, and ensure production-grade quality.

Qualifications

10+ years software engineering experience
Proven ownership of end-to-end full stack delivery
Hands-on IC with frontend and backend focus
Experience with AI tooling and Claude AI integration
Strong cloud-native design capabilities

Responsibilities

Engineer end-to-end full stack platform unifying fragmented workflows
Design frontend and backend components for scalable, AI-enabled experience
Develop modules for collaboration interfaces and data artifacts for reuse
Integrate with enterprise systems, data pipelines and analytics platforms
Design AI-assisted workflows for enriched user interactions and recommendations
Lead Claude AI-driven development practices and accelerate GTM timelines
Own system architecture and translate requirements into scalable implementations
Act as hands-on contributor in code reviews and daily engineering execution
Ensure code quality, modularity, testing rigor, and maintainability
Drive production-grade delivery with rapid iteration using AI-assisted development
