Midi Health, a leading virtual care clinic, hybrid in-person and remote, is seeking an experienced senior full-stack engineer. You will design, build, and own features across patient, clinician, and operational products, collaborating with product, design, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications at production scale.
• Strong hands-on coding in a modern web stack (Django/DRF and React/Next.js).
• Seasoned at system design with pragmatic architecture.
• Solid command of AI coding tools and workflows.
• Mentorship instincts and ability to help peers grow through code review.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaborating with non-engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own full-stack features end-to-end across patient, clinician, and operational products.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software.
• Write thoughtful, scalable code balancing speed of execution with long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and raise the bar for code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Review code, participate in technical discussions, and help teammates level up.
• Use AI coding tools daily to multiply output and improve workflows.
