Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 7+ years of web development experience.
• Expertise with Angular and modern UI patterns; strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Experience leading offshore teams and delivering SaaS in Kanban/Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications in a Kanban-based delivery model.
• Modernize legacy applications to reduce complexity and accelerate delivery.
• Lead offshore development and QA teams; collaborate with VP levels on roadmap.
