Job summary

Midi Health is hiring a senior software engineer to design, build, and own full-stack features across patient, clinician, and operations products. You will partner with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software and drive architecture decisions with a focus on maintainability and quality.

You will work in a hybrid environment with in-person days in Palo Alto or San Francisco, and you will leverage AI coding tools to maximize output while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web apps at production scale.
• Hands-on coding with Django/DRF and React/Next.js or equivalent.
• Strong system-design experience with ambiguous problems.
• Proficient with AI coding tools and modern workflows.
• Mentorship ability and collaboration with non-engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own full-stack features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, clinical, and operations.
• Write scalable, maintainable code balancing speed and quality.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and CI/CD practices.
• Review code and help teammates grow through pairing.
• Leverage AI coding tools to boost output.
