Responsibilities

• Analyze complex technical problems and lead architectural reviews across teams to prevent debt.
• Act as a part-time product manager for technology to upgrade infrastructure.
• Craft scalable, high-quality products and code balancing speed and durability.
• Shape engineering culture with automated testing, CI/CD, and best practices.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps for growth.
• Partner with leadership, product, marketing, and clinical stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
