Midi Health is seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer to act as a technical pillar within our Engineering Org. You will lead architecture discussions, drive cohesive roadmaps, and deliver scalable products that transform women's healthcare.

The role blends hands-on coding with strategic influence across teams. You will operate in a hybrid SF Bay Area setting (Palo Alto or SF) with 2 in-office days weekly, and you'll leverage AI tooling to accelerate development and mentor teammates towards technical

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and scaling complex engineering systems.
• Production experience with Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar tech.
• Ability to translate vague product goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
• Experience building consumer-facing products and complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural reviews across multiple teams to reduce tech debt and set cross-service patterns.
• Advocate infrastructure upgrades to enable future velocity.
• Design scalable, robust features balancing speed and long-term durability.
• Establish best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, and high-quality code.
