Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a senior software leader to drive the design and delivery of large, ambiguous projects end to end. You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps with product and design, and own the technical health of your domain, balancing reliability, performance, and scalable architecture.

You should bring 10+ years in full-stack web or mobile products, deep TS/React/Node expertise, and a track record of delivering complex systems at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
• Experience leading technical work at a scope beyond a single team.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience designing systems that hold up at scale and know when not to build.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large, ambiguous projects end to end, from planning through production.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leadership to shape roadmaps.
• Own the long-term technical health of a domain: reliability, performance, and codebase health.
• Drive architecture decisions and write proposals others build against.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers and raise the standard for code review and tooling.
