Job summary

MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams, now part of Autodesk. We are seeking a senior engineering leader to drive technical direction across multi-team initiatives, owning architecture, reliability, and delivery.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering executives to shape roadmaps, while mentoring engineers and elevating coding standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products, with a track record of leading technical work beyond a single team.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large, ambiguous projects end to end, from planning through production.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leadership to shape your team’s roadmap.
• Own the long-term technical health of a domain: reliability, performance, and code quality.
• Drive architecture decisions and write technical proposals others build against.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers, and set the standard for code review on your team.
• Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices across teams.
