Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer to lead the design and delivery of shared services and platform components. You will mentor engineers, define technical direction, and partner with product managers and design leaders.

Our stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js and MySQL, with some teams using C# or Python. You will own platform reliability, drive architecture decisions, and participate in on-call rotations within a team of 5–10 engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience designing shared systems that scale and enabling cross-team adoption.
• Experience with mobile-first, responsive development and code maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large, ambiguous projects end to end.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leadership to shape roadmaps.
• Own the long-term technical health of a platform domain (reliability, performance).
• Mentor senior and staff engineers and drive code-review standards.
