Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the design and delivery of large-scale, ambiguous projects across teams. You will partner with Product Managers, Designers and engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and elevate platform reliability and performance.

You will mentor engineers, set coding standards, and push for faster delivery through better tooling, testing, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products and leading technical work beyond a single team.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience designing shared systems that hold up at scale.
• Mobile-first, responsive, iterative development experience.
• Maintaining and delivering testable, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for shared services and components used across teams.
• Design APIs, tools and design system components to drive adoption.
• Improve speed, safety and reliability of build, test and ship processes.
• Treat internal engineers as customers: gather feedback and iterate.
