Equiliem is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and assess talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, across multiple functional areas, with strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions and professional-level positions.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across Case Management, Insurance, Sales, Customer Service, and related business functions.
• Ability to recruit across a variety of labor categories and job levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for requisitions across multiple functions and levels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with hiring needs.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through networking and recruitment marketing.
• Facilitate a compliant candidate selection process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Ensure recruiting processes, policies, and best practices are followed.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Track and report recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects as assigned.
