Equiliem in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for 100–150 requisitions. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define role requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.

The role demands strong recruiting expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to handle a high-volume workload while improving candidate experience and recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing recruiting across the full lifecycle.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills to manage 100–150 requisitions.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with current recruiting trends and sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from staffing needs through hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define role requirements and develop candidate profiles.
• Source and engage qualified and diverse candidates using creative and data-informed sourcing strategies.
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening and provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and guide hiring leaders through the interview and selection process.
• Process offers and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate status information in applicant tracking systems.
• Identify new candidate sourcing channels and talent pools.
• Support recruiting initiatives focused on building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Represent the organization professionally to internal and external candidates.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, processes, and cost effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition objectives.
• Monitor recruiting activity and manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
