Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and operational roles. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has experience recruiting across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate a compliant and effective candidate selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Ensure recruiting processes, policies, and best practices are consistently followed.
- Partner with Human Resources, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Support onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions and professional-level positions.
- Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting within areas such as:
- Case Management
- Insurance
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Related business and operational functions
- Ability to recruit across a variety of labor categories and job levels.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong passion for talent acquisition and candidate engagement.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing, online sourcing strategies, and social recruiting techniques.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Strong consultative and influencing abilities with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Workday Recruiting.
- Experience supporting diversity recruitment initiatives.
- Experience recruiting for call center environments.
