• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and accountability.
• Leverages managers to capture ideas and implement improvement plans.
• Shares best practices across departments, shifts and network.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources.
