Job summary

This role drives Lean initiatives, sets expectations, measures performance, and partners with HR, Finance and facilities to secure resources for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drives quality and Lean initiatives to meet business plan.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for Inbound/Outbound operations.
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and accountability.
• Leverages Managers to source ideas and create improvement plans.
• Ensures best practices are shared across departments and shifts.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure support and resources.
