Job summary

Stord is hiring a Site Leader to run day-to-day warehouse operations and execute short-term plans in a fast-paced environment. You will support the General Manager by driving scalable processes to meet business objectives.

You will manage multiple supervisors and hourly staff across large facilities, plan staffing, ensure safety and inventory accuracy, and maintain strong partner relations while advancing KPIs. 5–7 years of leadership experience and WMS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years leadership in warehouse/distribution; 4+ years supervisory.
• Experience with WMS and material handling equipment.
• LEAN experience preferred; Food Grade experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and partner relations.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors and hourly staff.
• Plan staffing schedules to meet operational demands.
• Oversee inbound/outbound loading and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
